No guarantees of outcome
Approvals, processing times and results depend on government agencies, banks and other third parties. We prepare and submit filings carefully, but we cannot guarantee a particular decision or timeline.
Fees
Our fees are separate from government, state and third-party fees. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before work starts. Fees already paid to government agencies are generally not refundable.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate and complete information and documents, and to review documents we prepare before they are filed.
